About the Role
Maison Eric Kayser Cafe is seeking a Shop Manager for their Hong Kong Island location. This is a full-time position with a 9.25 hour straight shift (either 0630-1545 or 1215-2130) including a 1-hour meal break. The role offers 5 days off per month, 12-18 days annual leave, and 15 statutory holidays. Benefits include $40/day meal allowance, medical insurance, referral bonus, and employee discount. Candidates must hold a permanent Hong Kong ID or dependent visa.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily café operations and maintain service standards
- Supervise staff and coordinate shifts and daily duties
- Monitor stock levels and oversee ordering and inventory
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues
Requirements
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Organised and able to manage a busy café environment
- Must hold a Hong Kong permanent identity card or dependant visa
