Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining KNEAD's quality standards

• Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and basic administrative duties
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with licensing requirements

• Manage stock levels, place orders, and minimise wastage
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff
• Monitor product presentation and merchandising throughout operating hours
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, staffing needs, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• F&B experience in a similar environment
• Friendly, energetic & customer-focused
• Reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership experience and confidence managing daily operations, staff & stock
