About the Role
Madame Fu, situated on the Third Floor of the former Barracks Block, The Central Police Station, Hollywood Road, brings back the experience and ambience of a bygone era set in our beautifully restored colonial building. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic applicant for the position of Server / Captain. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and dealing with customer requests. Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be a great team player, and possess good command of English and Cantonese.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and dealing with customer requests
- Coordinating between front and back of house operations
- Providing quality customer service
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome. 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills and sense of responsibility
- Great team player
