About the Role
Madame Fu, situated on the Third Floor of the former Barracks Block in the Tai Kwun heritage compound, is a contemporary Chinese restaurant set in a beautifully restored 1880s colonial building in Central. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic applicant for the position of Bartender. The role involves preparing high-standard drinks for guests, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and wine, whilst maintaining a neat and tidy bar area in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements. Fresh graduates are welcome, though 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage. 6 days off per month plus statutory holidays. Staff meals provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-standard drinks for guests, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and wine
- Keep the bar area neat and tidy, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
- Serve customers with passion, providing quality beverage and wine service
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome. 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage
- Good command of English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
- Pleasant disposition with a positive attitude
