About the Role

We are recruiting servers for a high-end private kitchen restaurant, responsible for full-service guest experience throughout the dining process. The role involves providing professional, elegant, and attentive dining experiences, maintaining the restaurant's premium service standards and brand image, coordinating with the team to complete daily operations, and creating exceptional dining service experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full-service workflow including pre-meal preparation, meal service, and post-meal closing according to high-end restaurant service standards
• Proactively greet and guide guests, introduce restaurant dishes, beverages, and special set menus, provide professional ordering recommendations
• Master serving, food portioning, beverage service protocols and etiquette, precisely control service rhythm
• Respond promptly to guest needs, handle simple complaints appropriately, ensure guest dining satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of dining tables and areas, ensure proper arrangement of tableware and supplies
• Coordinate with kitchen and team collaboration, comply with restaurant regulations and hygiene safety standards
• Familiarize with restaurant membership service procedures, provide personalized and customized services for premium guests

Requirements

• Hold valid Hong Kong work permit, fluent in Cantonese, possess good Mandarin communication skills
• Good image and temperament, elegant demeanor, warm and courteous manner, possess premium service awareness
• Experience in high-end restaurants, five-star hotel F&B departments, or private club service preferred
• Work conscientiously and meticulously, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to shift work and high-pressure service work pace
• Possess good teamwork ability, communication skills, and on-site adaptability
• Understand food hygiene regulations, pay attention to details and service quality
