About the Role
Reception manager at Jimmy's Kitchen in Central, Hong Kong, oversees reception operations in a Western-style dining venue. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring seamless daily workflows in a high volume environment. Manage reservations, greet guests, escort them to tables, and handle inquiries professionally to maintain smooth operations. Coordinate table placements, monitor waitlists, and optimize seating for efficiency during peak hours. Operate POS systems, BistroChat for reservations and table management (with real-time POS integration), Auphan, and third-party platforms. Manage event enquiries and work closely with the sales and event teams. Reports to restaurant manager/GM.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a large Western restaurant in Hong Kong, with strong customer service skills. Excellent communication, ability to uphold teamwork in a high-volume environment. Must speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Availability 2 weeks preferred.
