About the Role
Epicurean Group is looking for a skilled Bar Supervisor to join one of our Western dining outlets. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong cocktail knowledge and preparation skills, with responsibility for service quality, team supervision, stock control, and smooth daily bar operations. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Western restaurant or bar environment is required. Monthly salary: HK$23,000. The ideal candidate brings energy and precision to a high-end bar environment within one of Hong Kong's most established hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bar staff, monitor service quality, and ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare cocktails to a high standard with excellent technique and presentation. Manage inventory, guest satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with restaurant managers on menus, cocktails, and events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Western restaurant or bar environment. Very good cocktail preparation skills are essential. Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) language skills. Customer-focused mindset with thorough knowledge of cocktails and service standards.
