Receptionist

About the Role

Epicurean Group is looking for a polished and welcoming Receptionist to join one of our Western dining outlets. Based at the front desk, you will manage reservations, greet and seat guests, handle telephone and email enquiries, and support the floor team in delivering a smooth, professional arrival experience in a high-volume environment. A minimum of 2 years' reception experience in a large Western restaurant is required. Monthly salary: HK$20,000. You will join a respected hospitality group with an experienced operations team and genuine scope to progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, greet guests, escort them to tables, and handle inquiries professionally to maintain smooth operations
• Operate POS systems, BistroChat for reservations and table management (with real-time POS integration), Auphan, and third-party platforms
• Manage event enquiries and work closely with the sales and event teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a large Western restaurant in Hong Kong, with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication, ability to uphold teamwork in a high-volume environment
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
