Following a successful launch, our busy Contemporary Indian restaurant in Hong Kong is looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen. We are a fast-growing group of 15 venues with direct access to top-quality ingredients through our own supply partner.
Key Responsibilities

- Represent the restaurant in local media and press
- Run a smooth service, lead the team hands-on, and keep standards high
