Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Uncharted Concepts Limited is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across our vibrant casual dining venues in Hong Kong. The role involves managing daily floor operations, service flow, and guest relations in a fast-paced casual dining environment. The successful candidate will supervise, train and mentor floor and kitchen teams to maintain high service standards, handle scheduling and inventory management, and coordinate closely with the Head Chef & General Manager. The position requires driving guest satisfaction, handling feedback and fostering positive connections with regular diners. Start date is on or before the end of October 2026.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within the F&B industry, ideally in casual dining
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within the F&B industry
• Hands-on leadership style
• strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
• Fluent in Cantonese is required
• good working proficiency in English
• Able to start on or before the end of October 2026
