As the first and last point of contact for our private dining guests, you will set the tone for memorable occasions — from corporate gatherings to milestone celebrations. Working closely with our service teams, you will ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, from arrival through to departure. Key Responsibilities

• - Welcome and greet private dining guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
• - Manage guest arrivals and coordinate seamless transitions to private dining spaces
• - Confirm table plans, seating arrangements, and special requests prior to service
• - Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to communicate guest preferences and dietary requirements
• - Handle guest notes and special occasion details with discretion and attention to detail
• - Monitor the flow of service and anticipate guest needs throughout the evening
• - Support post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and coordinating thank-you communications
• - Maintain accurate records of guest preferences for future visits
• - Ensure private dining areas meet presentation standards before guest arrival

Requirements

You communicate fluently in both Cantonese and English, allowing you to connect effortlessly with our diverse clientele and coordinate effectively with team members. You possess calm service judgement and can adapt gracefully to the unique dynamics of each private event, whether it's an intimate celebration or a formal corporate dinner. Weekend availability is essential, as many of our private dining bookings occur on Friday and Saturday evenings. Your strengths include meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed. You understand the nuances of high-end hospitality and can balance warmth with professionalism. Previous experience in fine dining, private events, or luxury hospitality environments will serve you well in this role.
