Key Responsibilities

Weekend availability is essential, as many of our private dining bookings occur on Friday and Saturday evenings. Your strengths include meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are expressed. You understand the nuances of high-end hospitality and can balance warmth with professionalism. Previous experience in fine dining, private events, or luxury hospitality environments will serve you well in this role.
