About Harbour & Sage Hospitality
Harbour & Sage Hospitality is a boutique restaurant group operating three acclaimed dining venues across Hong Kong Island. Founded in 2019, we specialise in modern European cuisine with Asian accents, earning recognition from the South China Morning Post and a Michelin Plate designation within our first two years. Our flagship Central restaurant seats 120 and hosts private events for corporate clients, whilst our Wan Chai wine bar and Causeway Bay café round out an increasingly diverse portfolio.
