Floor Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Floor Supervisor to join the team at JK on the Fifth in Central. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in busy Western-style cocktail bars and a genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails, wine, and food.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service throughout each shift.
• Maintain the venue's standards of presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the floor team to deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and polished service. Handle guest enquiries, recommendations, feedback, and service recovery professionally. Coordinate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to maintain efficient communication and timing.
• Support staff training in service standards, menu knowledge, cocktails, wine, and upselling.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a busy Western cocktail bar. Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge, with the confidence to guide guests and support the bar team. Good wine knowledge, including making suitable recommendations and pairings. Solid understanding of Western food and the ability to describe dishes clearly and professionally.
• Proven ability to lead floor service during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of guest experience. Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills. Well presented, energetic, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Central venue. Fluent English is essential. Cantonese and Mandarin will be a strong advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.
