IS Burgers and Wraps, a popular quick-service eatery in Hung Hom, is seeking an experienced Food Counter Attendant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter
• Prepare and assemble burgers, wraps, and accompaniments according to standardised recipes
• Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently, maintaining accurate till records
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen as required
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met throughout service
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members during peak periods
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any service issues professionally
• Maintain punctuality and reliability across all scheduled shifts
• Adapt to varying customer volumes whilst maintaining service quality

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Cantonese
• Arrive on time and ready to work for every shift
