Le Garçon Saigon is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team in Wan Chai. Our venue celebrates the vibrant and fresh flavours of Saigonese cuisine whilst evoking the sophisticated atmosphere of a chic Parisian brasserie. As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards whilst building lasting relationships with our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• We're looking for a hospitality professional with proven experience managing restaurants in Hong Kong's competitive F&B scene
• Fluency in Cantonese is essential
• English proficiency highly valued given our international clientele
• An effective leader who can inspire and develop your team whilst maintaining high standards during busy service periods
• Detail-oriented yet flexible
• Someone with excellent guest-facing communication skills
