Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor operations during service periods, ensuring efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of servers and junior staff in a fast-paced mall restaurant environment
• Manage section allocation and floor assignments to optimise service flow during peak hours
• Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and resolve service issues professionally and promptly
• Maintain service standards consistent with Italian dining culture and our brand expectations
• Conduct pre-service briefings, communicating daily specials, menu changes, and operational updates
• Monitor food and beverage presentation, ensuring dishes leave the kitchen to specification
• Assist with staff training and onboarding, developing team members' product knowledge and service skills
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service
• Support inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of service equipment and supplies
• Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the dining area

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in supervisory or senior service roles within restaurants, preferably with Italian or European cuisine exposure. You should have demonstrated leadership abilities and feel comfortable managing a team in high-pressure, high-volume environments typical of mall-based F&B operations. Your experience has taught you how to maintain composure during busy services whilst motivating your team to deliver consistent, quality guest experiences.
• You possess strong communication skills in Cantonese and English, enabling you to interact confidently with our diverse customer base and support team members from various backgrounds. A working knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and dining culture would be advantageous, though enthusiasm to learn is equally valued. You understand the unique demands of split-shift operations and retail F&B environments, demonstrating flexibility and stamina throughout service periods.
