Floor Staff/Captain

We are seeking energetic floor staff to join our bustling Italian restaurant located in a prime shopping mall in Kwun Tong. Service charge is shared amongst the team in accordance with venue policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm, professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
• Serve dishes and drinks efficiently whilst maintaining presentation standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including Italian specialities and wine pairings
• Handle multiple tables simultaneously during peak meal periods
• Ensure table turnover is managed effectively to maximise seating capacity
• Maintain cleanliness and proper set-up of dining areas throughout service
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Address customer queries and resolve service issues professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with opening and closing duties as rostered
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

• Proactive and personable customer service skills
• Able to work under pressure during busy service periods
• Demonstrable working experience in restaurants or similar F&B environments
• Experience in POS and reservation systems
