About the Role
Il Bel Paese is looking for a friendly and dependable Floor Staff member to join our team in Discovery Bay. You’ll help guests feel welcome, provide attentive service, and keep the dining area running smoothly throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating
- Present menus, answer questions, and take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly, and check on guests during their meal
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other team members
- Set, clear, and reset tables, and keep the dining area tidy
- Handle bills and payments accurately

Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred and a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most
- Good communication skills and a warm and professional manner
- Ability to work well with a team during busy service periods
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
- The right to work in Hong Kong
