About the Role
Il Bel Paese is looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead day-to-day floor service in Discovery Bay. You’ll support the team during busy shifts, look after our guests, and help deliver a consistently welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations
- Coordinate service with the kitchen
- Brief and support floor staff during each shift
- Manage reservations and table assignments
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns
- Maintain service and cleanliness standards
- Assist with staff training and scheduling
- Check bills and complete shift handovers
Requirements
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach to service
- Ability to stay calm during busy shifts
- Attention to detail and guest experience
- Availability to work shifts and weekends
- The right to work in Hong Kong
