About the Role

Reception manager at Jimmy's Kitchen in Central, oversees reception operations in a Western-style dining venue. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring seamless daily workflows in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, greet guests, escort them to tables, and handle inquiries professionally to maintain smooth operations
• Operate POS systems, BistroChat for reservations and table management (with real-time POS integration), Auphan, and third-party platforms
• Manage event enquiries and work closely with the sales and event teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a large Western restaurant in Hong Kong, with strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication, ability to uphold teamwork in a high-volume environment
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
