Assistant Manager - Landau's

About the Role

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff training and daily administration. Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively. Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions. Monitor and keep high standards on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues. Responsible for producing timely and accurate reports on the operations of conditions of the Company. Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Pleasant, passionate about good food and great customer service
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Strong leadership, team building abilities
• Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
• Good management skills with a positive mindset, detailed service and customer driven
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
