MOCHIFFON PATISSERIE Full-time Baker - Proficient in cream cake production - Good or above knowledge of pastry-making required - Responsible for baking, packaging, and cake decoration - Prepare raw ingredients - Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness Requirements: - 3 years or above bakery experience - Proactive, clean, fast, able to work independently Working hours and benefits: - 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break - 6 rest days per month - 14 statutory holidays - 8–14 days paid annual leave - Birthday leave - Attendance bonus - Year-end discretionary bonus and overtime allowance - New joiner bonus $2,000 - Staff purchase discount Location: Unit 10, 8/F, Block B, Hong Kong Industrial Centre, 489–491 Castle Peak Road, Lai Chi Kok
