Marketing Intern

About the Role

Shift Happens helps businesses find great people, fast. We connect employers with job seekers through smart job listings, social media promotion, and a growing community of talent. We're a small, fast-moving team and we're looking for a Marketing Assistant Intern to help us grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with day-to-day marketing tasks and admin
• Help keep our job listings and newsletter content organized and up to date
• Track basic performance data (views, clicks, sign-ups) and report back to the team
• Assist with simple design tasks (using templates, no experience required)
• Help prepare marketing materials and documents as needed

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fluent in Cantonese
• Good command in English
• No prior experience needed, training will be provided
