About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our team in Wan Chai, where we're serving up something a bit different — signature cocktails alongside artisanal gelato and pinsa (that's the Roman cousin of pizza, if you haven't tried it yet). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety and doesn't want to be stuck doing the same thing day in, day out. You'll be moving between the bar, the gelato counter, and helping with our pinsa service, so no two shifts will be quite the same. We're a close-knit independent venue with a loyal local following and a growing reputation for doing things our own way. If you're the sort of person who gets excited about crafting a perfectly balanced cocktail one moment and scooping beautiful gelato the next, you'll fit right in. We value team players who bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The role offers proper training across all our stations, so even if you're stronger in one area than another, we'll help you develop the full skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve our signature cocktail menu with consistency and flair
- Scoop and serve artisanal gelato, maintaining proper temperature and presentation standards
- Assist with pinsa preparation and service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across bar, gelato station, and service areas

- Engage with customers, explaining our unique menu offerings and making recommendations
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout your shift
- Work collaboratively with the team during peak service times

Requirements
