Epicurean Group is looking for a skilled Bar Supervisor to join JK on the Fifth, the cocktail bar concept housed within the iconic Jimmy's Kitchen at the Pedder Building in Central. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong cocktail knowledge and preparation skills, with responsibility for service quality, team supervision, and smooth daily bar operations. The ideal candidate brings energy and precision to a high-end bar environment within one of Hong Kong's most celebrated dining destinations.

主要職責

• Supervise bar staff, monitor service quality, and ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare cocktails to a high standard with excellent technique and presentation. Manage inventory, guest satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with restaurant managers on menus, cocktails, and events.

職位要求

• 4 to 5 years of bar experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for captain-level roles. Very good cocktail preparation skills are essential. Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) language skills. Customer-focused mindset with thorough knowledge of cocktails and service standards.
