About the Role
Levain Bakery — Natural Sourdough Bakery Junior/Mid-level Baker, Barista and Shop Staff HKD 14,000–18,000/month Duties: Learn European bread, classic pastries, and fresh sandwich production. Espresso training including extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and pour-over. Coffee roasting fundamentals. Daily shop operations: opening prep, inventory, equipment maintenance, cashier. Requirements: Aged 18+, no experience required but must have genuine interest in F&B/baking with long-term commitment. Benefits: Salary increases to HKD 18,000 after training completion (~1 year).
