About the Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to lead the launch of our new West Kowloon shop. This role requires setting clear expectations for pre-opening planning, overseeing daily operations, and managing recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparations for the new shop opening, including workflow setup, staff allocation and operational readiness
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations, maintain service standards and monitor product quality
- Recruit, train and mentor staff to build a strong service team
Requirements
- Experience in Chinese cuisine (Beijing, Sichuan or Shanghainese) or the hotel industry preferred
- Strong service-oriented mindset, with strict adherence to company service procedures
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Proven experience in staff training and leadership
- Secondary 3 education or above
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent Cantonese; fair Putonghua and English
- Able to read and write Chinese and simple English
