About the Role
Kitchen Helper position at MOYO restaurant in Central. Working hours are 11:00am-22:00pm or 11:30am-22:30pm on rotation basis. 5.5 days work week with 6 days off per month. The role offers 2 staff meals provided, MPF, annual leave and statutory holidays. Candidates must hold a valid working visa. Domestic helper visa holders are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with daily food preparation
- Wash and prepare ingredients as directed
- Keep kitchen work areas clean and organised
- Store ingredients properly and follow food safety procedures
Requirements
- Proactive and energetic with a positive working attitude
- Willing to learn and work well in a team
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Must hold valid Hong Kong work authorisation excluding domestic helper visas
