About the Role

Steak King is hiring a skilled, efficient Production Chef to join our fast-growing culinary team in a dynamic, professional, and growth-oriented central production kitchen. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about high-quality food production. The position offers a Standard 6 Days Off (6DO) Contract with a monthly salary of HK$23,000 - HK$24,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep, portion, and manage high-volume food production
• Maintain consistency and premium quality according to Steak King standards
• Support food production and logistics for large-scale events
• Maintain top-tier kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols

Requirements

• Experience in food production or a central kitchen setup (Preferred)
• Background in large-volume restaurants or catering (Preferred)
• Event catering experience is a huge plus
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices
• Basic computer literacy for logging production data
