Assistant Restaurant Manager — Yaki Utage (Mong Kok MOKO branch) Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager Monthly salary: HKD 20,000–22,000 (based on experience) Working hours: 6 rest days + 1 attendance bonus day per month, 10 hours per day including 1-hour meal break, shift work required Location: Shop 156, 1/F, MOKO, Mong Kok Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests - Lead, supervise, and train the team to ensure high-quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and improve operational efficiency - Develop, implement, and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations - Monitor and maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards - Manage food costs and conduct regular inventory checks - Execute marketing and promotional activities - Collaborate closely with internal departments and maintain effective communication - Assist with other ad-hoc projects as assigned - Report directly to the Restaurant Manager Requirements: - Minimum 3–8 years relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, especially Excel Benefits: - Sales bonus - $2,000 new joiner bonus - $1,000 referral bonus - Tips - Free staff meals - Birthday leave - Marriage and compassionate leave - On-the-job training and promotion opportunities
