UnME Assistant Manager / Supervisor, Restaurant Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant - Roster planning, work allocation, and staff training - Provide quality dining service to guests and improve restaurant service standards - Place orders and manage front of house inventory - Handle basic administrative tasks - Implement and improve company business processes and cost control - Assist the company in increasing revenue Job Requirements - Form 5 or above education level and 5 years of relevant experience - Outgoing personality and energetic, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English - Working hours: 10-hour shift including 1 hour meal break Employee Benefits: Loyalty bonus $1000 6 days off per month 10 days annual leave, birthday leave, statutory holidays Shift meal provided
