Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to a consistently high standard
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously during peak service periods
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and make informed recommendations to guests
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout service

Requirements
- have proven experience working as a bartender in high-volume restaurants
