Key Responsibilities

• Craft & Service: Deliver exceptional, knowledgeable service while preparing classic and signature drinks
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily bar operations, including stock control, hygiene standards, and opening/closing procedures
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the floor team to ensure seamless service and participate in ongoing training to drive venue performance
• Guest Engagement: Build relationships with our community, provide personalized recommendations, and contribute to our high service standards
