Key Responsibilities
- Craft & Service: Deliver exceptional, knowledgeable service while preparing classic and signature drinks
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily bar operations, including stock control, hygiene standards, and opening/closing procedures
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the floor team to ensure seamless service and participate in ongoing training to drive venue performance
- Guest Engagement: Build relationships with our community, provide personalized recommendations, and contribute to our high service standards
