About the Role
Copper Wan Hoi Seafood Hot Pot is recruiting a Wok Chef (Chinese Cuisine) Job Responsibilities - Responsible for cooking Chinese-style stir-fry dishes, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards - Complete various wok dishes in a timely manner according to restaurant menu and customer requirements - Assist with daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, mise en place, and organisation of cooking equipment - Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and orderly work area Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of practical experience as a wok chef in Chinese restaurants or dim sum establishments - Proficient in Cantonese cuisine or other Chinese culinary techniques, capable of independently preparing popular dishes - Able to adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced working environment with strong teamwork spirit - Basic communication in Cantonese or Mandarin; able to effectively coordinate workflow with colleagues
