Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly table service to guests throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Assist with bar operations, including preparing drinks, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Support bartenders during busy periods by helping with garnish prep, glassware, and ingredient organisation
• Maintain venue presentation standards, including table settings and general tidiness
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages
