About the Role
Licity Self-Service Hot Pot Restaurant is recruiting a Supervisor Job Responsibilities Job Duties - Responsible for daily restaurant operations management and process implementation (opening/closing procedures and staff allocation) - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training and work assignments - Assist in achieving business targets (revenue, table turnover rate, average customer spend, customer satisfaction) - Supervise food quality and service pace (ingredient management, hygiene and safety, SOP execution) - Handle emergencies and customer complaints while maintaining service standards - Conduct inventory checks/restocking/cost control - Collaborate with management team to drive operational improvements Requirements - Prior experience in F&B service/hot pot restaurant management preferred - Able to consistently lead shifts, execute SOPs, with strong communication and coordination skills - Good stress management ability, able to handle on-site situations quickly - Strong hygiene and cost awareness, willing to train new staff Salary and Benefits - Salary: Starting from HK$21,000 - Working hours: 10 hours per shift - Benefits: Statutory holiday benefits
