GO_QA_HS_20260902 QA fixture. Harbour & Sage Central is looking for a Senior Restaurant Supervisor to lead the evening floor team. You will own service standards across a sixty-cover dining room, run pre-shift briefings, manage section allocation and handle guest recovery. This is a senior floor role reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

• Lead the evening floor team of up to twelve. Run pre-shift briefings and allocate sections. Own service standards and guest recovery. Manage covers, reservations and turn times. Support stock counts and POS reconciliation. Train and develop junior floor staff.

職位要求

• Five or more years in Hong Kong restaurant service with at least two at supervisor level. Fluent English and Cantonese. Comfortable in a high-volume dining room. Food safety certification current. Available for evening and weekend service.
