Epicurean Group is hiring a Bar Supervisor for PINTXOS by bàrbar, their authentic Basque-inspired pintxos bar on Ship Street in Wan Chai. This Spanish dining concept celebrates the gastronomic culture of San Sebastián, serving creative small bites and carefully curated drinks in a warm, rustic setting. The Bar Supervisor will lead the bar team, maintain service excellence, and contribute to the vibrant social atmosphere that defines the PINTXOS experience.

主要職責

• Supervise bar staff, monitor service quality, and ensure smooth daily operations. Manage inventory, guest satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with restaurant managers on menus, cocktails, and events.

職位要求

• 4 to 5 years of bar experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for captain-level roles. Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) language skills. Customer-focused mindset with thorough knowledge of cocktails and service standards.
