The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.

• To engage with you, either directly or through our partners, for purposes including customer service, providing you with updates and other relevant information about the Platform, and for marketing and promotional activities; and

We may engage third party service provider(s) who are acting for, on behalf of or jointly with us, to achieve the purposes for provision of the Platform and our services, and in this connection, we may provide your personal data to such service provider(s) provided that they shall use and handle your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will not provide your personal data to any third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes except (i) with your express and voluntary consent; (ii) when required by law, court order or other legally valid inquiry; (iii) in our good faith belief that disclosure is required to comply with our legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations; or (iv) to defend or exercise our legal rights.

  You can request the erasure of your personal data when you wish to unsubscribe from our services.

• The right to restrict processing:
  You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

• The right to object to processing:
  You can object to our processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

• The right to data portability:
  You can request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organization or directly to you under certain conditions.

In particular, a request for access to your personal data held by us shall be made using Data Access Request Form (Form OPS003) as prescribed under section 67(1) of the Ordinance by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. As regards a request for rectification or erasure of your personal data held by us or restriction of or objection to processing thereof, it may be made by way of email.

A charge will be made to cover the cost of photocopying personal data supplied in response to a data access request.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We employ cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor the activity on the Platform and store specific information, (namely, the Technical Data as outlined in the above section titled "Types of Personal Data Collected") for the purpose of monitoring traffic patterns and improving the Platform. Nonetheless, if you decline cookies, you may not be able to access certain areas or features of the Platform.

We implement suitable technical and organizational measures (including but not limited to restricting access of personal data to any relevant employees or partners of Shift Happens on a "need to know" basis and ensuring that the foregoing persons are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations) to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
