The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.

We may engage third party service provider(s) who are acting for, on behalf of or jointly with us, to achieve the purposes for provision of the Platform and our services, and in this connection, we may provide your personal data to such service provider(s) provided that they shall use and handle your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In particular, a request for access to your personal data held by us shall be made using Data Access Request Form (Form OPS003) as prescribed under section 67(1) of the Ordinance by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. As regards a request for rectification or erasure of your personal data held by us or restriction of or objection to processing thereof, it may be made by way of email.
A charge will be made to cover the cost of photocopying personal data supplied in response to a data access request.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We employ cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor the activity on the Platform and store specific information, (namely, the Technical Data as outlined in the above section titled "Types of Personal Data Collected") for the purpose of monitoring traffic patterns and improving the Platform.
