About the Role
Epicurean Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor for Brisa, their cacao-driven café and culinary cocktail bar in Causeway Bay's Lee Garden One. By day, Brisa operates as Hong Kong's first cacao café working closely with Conspiracy Chocolate; by night, it transforms into a culinary cocktail lab where drinks are crafted using fresh seasonal produce, in-house infusions, and bespoke techniques. The Bar Supervisor will lead the bar team through both modes of service, ensuring consistency, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bar staff, monitor service quality, and ensure smooth daily operations. Manage inventory, guest satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate with restaurant managers on menus, cocktails, and events.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of bar experience; candidates with less experience may be considered for captain-level roles. Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) language skills. Customer-focused mindset with thorough knowledge of cocktails and service standards.
